Ethics in Action is a values‑led professional development subscription for people who want to move beyond statements and intentions and into ethical, accountable and equitable practice.

Designed by DRose Academy, this membership supports individuals, practitioners and leaders who are navigating complex decisions, power dynamics and responsibilities across professional, organisational and community contexts. It offers space for reflection, learning and application, without performative pressure or extractive expectations. 

Ethics in Action recognises that ethical practice is not static. It requires ongoing learning, responsiveness and renewal, grounded in lived experience, evidence and accountability.
