Designed by DRose Academy, this membership supports individuals, practitioners and leaders who are navigating complex decisions, power dynamics and responsibilities across professional, organisational and community contexts. It offers space for reflection, learning and application, without performative pressure or extractive expectations.

Ethics in Action recognises that ethical practice is not static. It requires ongoing learning, responsiveness and renewal, grounded in lived experience, evidence and accountability.

Is this a live programme or self‑paced?

Ethics in Action is primarily self‑paced, allowing members to engage with materials in ways that fit their responsibilities and capacity.

We will host a monthly live facilitated session on specific themes. These sessions are optional but will not be recorded. Members are invited to contribute in the community to ensure sessions prioritise, current topics, maintain accessibility, provide shared learning opportunities and are responsive to members needs.

Is Ethics in Action a certification?

No. Ethics in Action is a learning and practice subscription, not a standalone certification.

However, membership supports ongoing professional development and provides discounted access to DRose Academy courses and programmes. We encourage members use Ethics in Action as a reflective foundation alongside formal learning.
