Discrimination, harassment, and victimisation are not tolerated under any circumstances.
3.1a We recognise the limitations of the Equality Act in its language and implementation. We have therefore extended our commitment to Equitable practices to also include other vulnerable groups such as care experienced people and those who have intersecting protected characteristics.

3.4a As an ethical training provider, we are committed to ensuring the best standards and equitable approaches. We review and submit our training processes to scrutiny via a number of external and internal quality controls.

We will regularly monitor and review our practices to ensure compliance with this policy and identify areas for improvement. Feedback from stakeholders and community members will be actively sought and used to inform our ongoing efforts to promote equality.
3.5a DRose will publish an annual Equality & Inclusion summary outlining actions taken, feedback received and improvements planned.
4. Responsibilities
4.1 Directors
DRose Director/s are responsible for implementing this policy, ensuring compliance, and promoting a culture of equality and inclusion within D’Rose.
4.2 Associates, contractors and affiliates
All associates, contractors and affiliates are expected to adhere to this policy and contribute to a respectful and inclusive workplace. Any concerns or incidents of discrimination should be reported to management immediately.
5. Reporting and Resolution
We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or victimisation to report it promptly. All reports will be taken seriously and handled with confidentiality and sensitivity. Appropriate action will be taken to address any breaches of this policy.
