I will not copy, share or distrubute any materials or resources from DRose content beyond their stated use and purpose.

I will respect the privacy and confidentiality of all stakeholders, including facilitators, partners and community members.

I will not disclose any confidential, personal or sensitive information shared within DRose Academy spaces, with individuals or entities, including other D’Rose Academy members.

Integrity and Transparency

I will conduct myself with honesty and transparency, ensuring that my actions reflect the ethical standards of DRose Academy.

I will handle all confidential information with the utmost integrity and care.

Respect and Inclusivity

I will treat all individuals with dignity and respect, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning and sharing environment.

I will role model inclusive behaviours and respectfully hold others to account when appropriate.

Accountability and Responsibility

I will take responsibility for my actions and decisions, particularly in relation to the safety and inclusivity of the DRose Academy community.

I will promptly report any breaches of the Code of Ethics to the management team within DRose Academy.

I will uphold fairness and equity in all my interactions and professional practices.

I will commit to personal and professional reflection to ensure my behaviour promotes fairness and equity.

Collaboration and Teamwork

I will collaborate with others in a manner that respects the ethics, values and inclusive nature of the DRose Academy Community.
