Course Summary

This course has been created with the aim of providing some key knowledge and understanding around practical ways to embed Resilience into your daily life through Art Journaling techniques. By sharing this fundamental knowledge with you in this supporting resource, we hope to better equip you with some essential background information on topics like emotional intelligence and communication skills. This course is broken down into sections and provides illustrated models for ease of learning.

This programme is aimed at learners under 21 as it has been commissioned by local NHS CAMHS and young people's charities, as part of the support package offered to their service users.
